Wordspace is a place for writers, especially those who consider themselves "aspiring." The only difference between an "aspiring writer" and a "writer" is perspective. If you write, you're a writer. If you don't, you're not.
Wordspace inspires writers to keep writing.
We do this through advice from writers, book reviews that show us what great writing is, and the occasional update from the publishing world.
There's a lot of people out there who spend their waking hours (and some sleeping) making this thing we call writing more accessible, visible, and bless them, somehow, easier. Soon, we will be picking the brains of these said people who flourish writing into the world: bookstores, industry influencers, and literary agents.
Wordspace was formed in 2016 by Sophia Jai. She works with writers all day, every day, as an Author Publicist in one of the Big Four publishing family. She is an obsessive reader and writer. Some people mistake her passion for seriousness. She lives across a wide body of water in Toronto.
